We are a Professional Society whose membership is open to all physicians, technologists, physiologists, nurses and other health care professionals who specialise in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders in Ireland.The Irish Sleep Society (ISS) (Cumann Codhladh na hÉireann) was founded on the 24th September 2005.The objectives of the Irish Sleep Society are to improve the standards of care of sleep disorders in Ireland by:-Increasing awareness of sleep medicine and related disorders-Raising awareness of patients’ needs-Raising awareness of research needs-Increasing funding for patient care, patient service and research-Coordinating approaches to the Department of Health and the National Government-Improving medical education and accreditationThe ISS Annual Scientific Virtual Meeting/AGM takes place Friday 22nd January 2021For more information… Click here
